All returns must have
a Return Authorization Number. To receive
a Return Authorization, please call our
Customer Service personnel at 866 418-3867.
Our Customer Support hours are Mon-Fri,
10am-5:00pm PST. 15 Day Money back Guarantee
on the product only. After a design sign-off,
there is no refund on labor of the design
and print. We want you to be completely
happy with your purchase. If you are not,
for a full refund:

Items must
be returned to us within 15 days from the
date that you receive them.

Items must
be returned in their original condition.
Returns not meeting the above conditions
will be charged a restocking fee that will
vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.
Credit card purchases will be refunded to
the original purchaser card. Check, cash,
or money orders will be refunded by a check.
